YOU GUYS CHEATED ME AND YOU WERE NOT HONEST!

your mechanic tim broke my a/c it was perfect before i came to your shop. I'M DISGUSTED with the service and the cost I don't believe my timing belt was going in my PT and even if it was the manager knew that their is a safety built in the motor in the event the belt does break to protect the engine from damage but did'nt tell me this .You guys are very dishonest and greedy for money,worst of all you scam women. Hey brother behind the desk guess what SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU! WHERE IS THE HONESTY AND YOU GUYS CAN'T BE TRUSTED ARE RECOMMENDED BY ME.Lady's and Gents, don't bring your car to Allstate transmission in Desoto,Tx.I deserve a refund.

We are truly sorry you are unsatisfied. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. I personally reviewed the technicians and the service writers recommendations for repairs on your vehicle. I also want you to know that customer safety is of the utmost importance to us. Your vehicle came in running rough, and upon inspection the technician found a worn timing belt tensioner and timing belt. Our people recommended that you replace these items, because if you hadn't the belt would have broken. If it had while you were driving the vehicle it would have stopped running right then going down the road. This could have been very dangerous, perhaps even life threatening. This is why the recommendation was made. I also checked with our service writer about what went wrong with your A/C system. He informed me that your compressor was making a noise. I can assure you that changing a timing belt could not have caused this to happen to your compressor. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, we would be willing to put the part on free of any labor charges if you purchase the part. Also, I can offer you a free oil change on your Cruiser the next time it is due for a change.
