This was not my first time using Flooring.org. I ordered white oak directly from their web site. The web site did not share enough pictures or information regarding the variation in coloring for the white oak. Their web site also didn't seem to offer a chat option to discuss the variations, so I ordered the white oak. I made it work but it was difficult matching it with existing flooring. I wish the site would share more information when you click on something (for instance the white oak like I did) to give you more description about the variations and even offer higher grades so that you have more choices while trying to match flooring. More pictures showing the variations would be helpful as well. I would tell potential customers if you are doing an entire room or level of flooring you will be ok, but if you are trying to match existing flooring be cautious. I don't know if I will use Flooring.org again.
