Don and Andy are amazing! We purchased a Trex decking system from Montell about 5 or 6 years ago. Jim did a fabulous job and we have enjoyed it very much. Earlier in this summer while cleaning it, I noticed an 8 to 10 inch crack in one of the vinyl post sleeves. Knowing it to have a lifetime warranty, I contacted Trex. They quickly sent a replacement part however, the warranty does not cover installation. I then called Montell for advice because I didn’t have the proper tools for the job. They sent Don and Andy out to inspect the job. They didn’t have what they needed but said they would be back in the next couple days to replace the cracked sleeve. They were in and out in a matter of minutes and did a great job! Thank you so much Montell for standing by your products and services. Well done!
