I would recommend Overhead Door Company of Auburn/Syracuse to anybody! I'm happy I called them. They came because when I pressed my garage door opener, the chain would go up, but the door wouldn't open. They did a simple thing to get it working, and they also gave me some instructions on how to use my opener. They said there are so many towers in the area for phones and such, that sometimes it could take a minute to get the signal through.

There were two people that came out. One of them, the older fella, cut his finger on a job the day before, so he was telling the younger man, who was in training, what to do. They were probably only here about 30 minutes, and they did a very good job. They tightened all the screws and oiled things. For the service, there wasn't much to do, but they got everything fixed. The door works great now!

They were on time, efficient and reasonable. When I called to make the appointment, I was told it would be $80 dollars to have them come out. They ended up only charging me $84 dollars all together! I was flabbergasted! Maybe it was because they were only here a short time. I was very much satisfied!
