Very professional and extremely helpful! I had some water damage on purchasing a home. I was a difficult customer, changing appointments, changing work expectations, and even sending a worker away after arrival on day of scheduled work. The friendly staff at Octagon took it all in stride and when the day for work did finally arrive, I was the one to be surprised by the thoroughness of the remediation and cleaning.
