Greg's Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Inc. came in and measured the areas that needed to be cleaned. They gave me a quote, we talked about that and some concerns that I had. One of the concerns was that when the loft had been cleaned in the past it didn't seem to come out well. They explained that they would use a rake cleaner for that area and it would come out as the other areas. They concentrated on the areas of my concern which I thought was a great touch. They were polite and very clean in their work and most importantly I felt comfortable having them in my home. Ronald and Reuben are very good at their job! Everything turned out really good and I am very happy with their service.
