Christian Roofing kept their appointment, climbed on the roof. He took pictures of what he thought needed to be done which included some modification to the builder's installation and the solar panel installer's. They patched potential leaks, cut Spanish tiles along troughs and adjusted our solar panels to better attract sunlight and avoid water build up. They cleaned our solar panels too. They recommended another inspection in 5 years. That was 2018. I'm thinking I want them back sooner.
