From the moment we entered the store until the installation technicians left, we experienced nothing less than prompt, polite, and professional support and service. The installation technicians that did both the carpet and then the laminate flooring were extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. They truly are experts in their craft and we are extremely pleased with the final result. The whole experience was awesome!
