I think the world of Jim Forester and his daughter. I really appreciate the way they handle things at Mars Carpets/ Abbey Floors. I had a problem, of my own fault, with a certain person. I had specifically asked for him to work on my house and then regretted that decision. I do not want that same person to come to my house again. Otherwise, I plan to call Mars Carpets/ Abbey Floors to do more work on my house. They are really, really great people. Five stars.
