Customer service with Mars Carpets/ Abbey Floors is very good. They are very responsive and have great followup! I purchased carpeting and vinyl plank flooring and had them do the installation. Everything turned out great and looks good but one spot in the carpeting. They seamed a line of carpeting together that you can see and I just wish they had flipped it and seamed it a different way. Other than that I liked the work and customer care.
