We bought a rug from Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug, and we asked them to floor two bedrooms for us. There was a manufacturer's problem with the rug, and they took it back, and we picked out a different brand. Their installation crew did an excellent job for us! They were nice, pleasant and clean people, and we were very happy with the end result!
