The sales person, Rick, was wonderful and extremely patient with us. We made numerous trips to Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug for all our flooring needs. We were one of the ones who were wiped out by Hurricane Ian and all our flooring needed redoing. All the products we got from the store were great. My only very small complaint is that they didn't accept returns of excess materials, but it wasn't a big deal. We would use them again.
