First... Jake (Dispatch) was excellent. He kept me updated everyday on the progress of the work being done at my home in Haslet. I also liked that I could call him anytime for questions and advice.

Second... Zack (Electrician} from the time we met at my home was outstanding. He took the time to look over everything first and then sat with me to explain each detail on what needed to be done to bring my home up to code. He was always on time, his work was great and completed the job as was promised.

I had tried to get the work done with 2 other electric companies and I did not feel comfortable with the first gentleman who I met and the second company did not show up 2 times when promised. It was a very frustrating situation for a job that I knew would be quite expensive.

It was so nice to find a company like TLC Electric that communicated with me so well and did the work exactly as was promised. Every detail was taken care and it was such a pleasure doing work with you. "Thank You" so much.
