Bottom line is I will NEVER be back to Pearson Jeep. I'm so glad that my car didn't have a Pearson sticker on it because the last thing I want to do is advertise for them.
I have actually waited a month to write a review thinking I would feel better about it by now, but no luck. Worst car buying experience ever. I should have just left when I got that weird feeling in my stomach. The main thing I am not happy about is that my vehicle was sold to me for X amount of dollars (this was on a Saturday). On Monday, I look online and my exact vehicle....I know it was mine because it was my VIN number....was listed for $2000 cheaper than what they sold it to me for. Brought it to Doug's attention, but no response. Also, check your sticker and what they actually charge for destination fee. I was charged $1095 and the sticker shows $995. Brought to Doug's attention, again nothing. They "fixed" the scratches on my jeep and now they look worse. Obviously it was a deeper scratch than they thought. Drove over an hour to take it back to be "detailed", but they didn't even touch the dash or the doors. They only vacuumed the inside....nothing else. I could go on and on. Funny how they get in touch with you immediately when they are trying to sell the car, but after the paper is signed it's like you never existed. Like I said, it's been a month and I am still livid.
