They did not wrap any of the furniture - 5 hours later they had only loaded 15 items and said they could not put more in the truck and would have to do a second load. Very slow getting the furniture out and every piece had multiple scratches, some items had chunks taken out of it and our armoire had the knobs sheared off and the top trim completely broken off. Most of our furniture was Ethan Allen. They left without charging us or finishing the job. We called the credit company and they advised us to cancel the card because they felt that the charge would not be correct. We called repeatedly to get the trim for our armoire back and to pick up the dolly they left on my front patio. We now have sent a certified letter. No response at all. I have paid 1,500.00 for repairs to the damage and will need to pay another 600.00 if they do not give me the armoire trim and knobs as this piece is no longer available. The guys were young and one had no experience at all. It took them 20 minutes just to park the truck. Once we got to our new town home - 10 minutes away from the house - they started rubbing their bellies and telling us any food would be appreciated. My husband got them lunch and after lunch they said they had to conserve their energy and when I saw the damage including to my furniture, walls and wood floors they became more hostile and said they were trying to keep their cool. They then left. The next day we had to get another truck and help to bring over 12 more pieces.
