I have been using Sweep Home for about 3 years now; so far so good. They are great at working with me if I have any special requests (changing dates, requesting certain cleaning, etc). I would say about 90% of the time we get a great cleaning, we started to really like certain people and requested them (Maria); now it's pretty consistent. I think just like anything, finding someone that works well is the best.

I would say their prices are in line---not super cheap, not super expensive. Communication is easy (typically via email), I will keep using for the foreseeable future.
