Heritage subbed my floor to THE FLOORING GUYS without asking/telling us. They did a HORRIBLE job.
the floor is uneven, they installed many chipped tiles and 3 of the tiles are cracked. They didn't put the tile up to the carpet in our dining room entry, so we had to pay to have the carpet stretched to try and meet up with the tile. They won't come back and fix it.
