Today i discovered that i was over charged by this terrible insurance company, i made the payments like i usually do every 1st of the month, right now we are on the 15th so got charged twice, unfortunately i called costumer services and they were all super rude, i am currently 8 months and a half pregnant and my child has health issues i td the representative and he was being so rude and disrespectful on the phone and would not give out his name, i got sent to another representative and he also was rude and did not wanted to provide with a name right now i am very overwhelmed this is not ok to treat people and to steal is just wow. I really needed this insurance for my mother was actually having high hopes for it but sadly the physical therapy and the doctors appointments along with the steroid shots my mother has to get don’t even cover em not even medication. Please save your money and don’t get this insurance they will just steal and not cover ant medical expenses.
