Don’t do it. The omit information & will say anything to sell you their plans. They sold me a plan set up my appointment for me but regretted to inform me that I couldn’t use it for 30 days. Meanwhile the staff member who sold me the plan signed me up for my appointment bc I couldn’t find any provider. If I had to wait 30 days why wasn’t I told & why would he make the appointment for me? Got charged the full bill $1000 for a physical. Pointless scammers. & they gaslight you when you call to complain. F them. F the whole company. Wish I could report them to somewhere so they get shut down.
