I was lied to about what this was! I was told for $300 a month I would have health, dental and vision insurance that covered everything except Pregnancy and Chemical Dependency.

I was told:
No annual deduction
$50 copay for walk in clinic or ER
$25 copay for doctors appointments
$50 copay for specialists
$5-$10 co pay for RX

They "checked" my providers and the clinics and I was told ALL were covered.

I found out I had NO COVERAGE!!! They "covered" the clinic but NO PROVIDERS (Doctors or Therapists), No vision or RX coverage. BUT- they reminded me- I had roadside assistance, which I told them I already pay for with OnStar and State Farm and did not need.

I spent 3 weeks getting he run around when trying to find out what was all included and what clinics/providers where involved. I FINALLY got an answer ("sorry, to late for your full refund" comment) that I pay $300 a month for 1 wellness check a year and NOTHING ELSE!!!

I am SOOO upset, as they are taking advantage of the people in MN that are being cut off "COVID" state insurance. Now I have no insurance for the month of May and I am out $400 ("$100 sign up fee").

TOTAL $@!#% SCAM!!! The government should stop these types of places.
