Agent told me to type www.multiplanprovidersearch.com and it didn't work. I asked specifically if she meant type WWW.multiplanprovidersearch.COM she said YUP. Then got snarky when I told her it didn't work a second time. I then googled those terms and asked her if I was supposed to go to www.multiplan.us. She ignored me and told me to click on the 2nd google result. When I confronted her with the fact that the website was in fact www.multiplan.us like I had asked earlier she played stupid like I was the moron for not figuring it out.

Excellently done, who ever didn't know the difference between a web search and a web site.
