As a combat vet I was transfered to first health for disc fusion in my neck . From the begining it was aweful. I get to the office of Neurosurgery in Pinehurst NC Dr walker. there was a sign saying waite here till you are called so as to protect other patients privacy . I waited till the person at the desk was finished checking in and then I walked up at this till receptionist said sir didn't you read the sign? I said sorry and went back to the sign and she said ok come up like I was a child. Dr Walker treated my diagnosis from the VA like it ment nothing and my desire to have the disc fusion done ment nothing to him. were very unhelpful with my FMLA docs . Dr walker didn't check on me after surgery infact didn't see him again . The whole place felt like a giant money making operation ordering extra test and making me come down there 2 hours from where I lived to several times before surgery . I begged the VA to take me back as a patient for the recovery period
