I bought a used RAV4 from Matt Blatt Kia and wanted a hitch installed(was part of the deal). The dealership uses Autobahn for installing hitches. Raul called me to set up appointment I asked him if they install remote start. He said yes so I had that installed also. Tech's did a superb job. Hitch was installed on a seperate day. After hitch was installed, the rear hatch door would not open. I called Raul told him the problem and he said bring it right in. Did not even need an appointment. Tech's worked on it and fixed it. A few days later rear door was not opening smoothly. Raul said bring it in, this time they fixed it completely. I love that they stand by their work. I highly recommend Autobahn. Definitely telling my friends and family about them.
