The LIMRIC Tech, Mr Caleb, called me in advance with a 30 minute heads up for his arrival.
He could not have been a more pleasant or quailfied rrepresentative of your company.
He diagnosed our after-snowstorm problems (hot water from faucets but none in showers) and examined EVERYTHING in the house’s plumbing system.
He then prepared a detailed outline and price for the repairs for me to review and approve. He answered ALL my questions BEFORE beginning the repairs.
The work was finished expeditiously. Mr Caleb then took me through the house to confirm the completely satisfactory work he had completed.
We are very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent Technician who came for the repairs.
