Our HVAC system finally died on us this season. John Solis gave us a quote for a replacement system as we didn’t want to try to continue to repair our 16 year old system. His bid was very comparable to other bids. What initially won us over was the initial impression of the bid material folder. While this may appear trivial, all the other bids were just a duplicate copy with the prices. They did not go into enough detail to earn my business. I did enough research and read enough reviews to feel comfortable having Stan’s Heating and Air Conditioning do the work without a second thought. The two service techs (Chris and Patrick) worked as a team to install the complete system. They were cordial and completely covered the floor from the entry to the HVAC closet. They completely cleaned up the work area. They had a detailed check list that line by line matched up with John’s detailed bid for work. The work they performed far exceeded their competitors bids. The other bids had zero mention of replacing the HVAC platform with plywood or insulating the HVAC intake plenum. They cut NO corners. Lauren at their office was polite and called with updates for scheduling the repairs and the city inspection. They also emailed me confirmation that the units were fully registered. I’ve never been happier spending money on a high ticket item before. You guys rock!
