It’s very rare a company immediately responds to an online inquiry within an hour and even rarer that someone is there the next day to fix a single slate shingle that had fallen from a gambrel roof. Chuck was scheduled for 2 o’clock but stopped by earlier as he was on other jobs in the neighborhood which I appreciated as it freed up my afternoon. He had the repair material needed and was in and out within 10 minutes. As we are new owners of this house, he gave a little history of the work that had been done and then sent me drone footage of the roof identifying a few issues to keep an eye on.
