With Kevin's arrival he introduced himself, explained what he was to accomplish, and asked if I had any questions. Upon completion of the repair, Kevin explained what actions he had taken, asked if I understood all he had said, asked if I had any questions, he and walked the area around the house achieving two things; one) standing at a distance he pointed out the areas repaired and explained the action he had taken with each; two) provided me the opportunity to site the property and see that a thorough cleanup had taken place. I am very impressed with Kevin's representation of the "Roofing Company" and extremely satisfied that the quality placed in his actions were of the highest standards your/his company/GAF could expect, and then some, from any of their representatives!
