Service Without Smiles.
The products I received from Advanced Lock & Security worked immediately and were perfect. The customer service, however, was lacking. They were a little bit rude. I couldn't even get them to crack a smile! It felt like I was interrupting their TV time or something. The functionality was much more important than their customer service, but I'm still going to try not to go back unless I have to.
