Joe C came to my house as scheduled and promptly identified and corrected the issue with the lock on my front door. He explained what caused the issue and told me what to do if I need to change the key etc. He also fixed the lock on my screen door and provided some options in case I want to change it out.
Overall, dealing with Advanced as a really good experience. They answer the phone when you call, are polite, on time, professional and do what they say they'll do. I'd recommend them to anyone.
