My friend and I have bought from Spencer's Ventura Mattress and they are good at trying to find something you want and need. They never steered me towards something just to sell me something more expensive. I wanted something hard so they found something more suited for myself and were very conscientious about my individual needs. I actually bought a very soft mattress cover because of my back, they did take it back and gave me another cover for my king-size bed that I bought.
