Spencer's Ventura Mattress was very accommodating. Buying a mattress is challenging. There's so many varieties and levels of firmness. I found Spencer's very informative, patient, and tolerant. I wasn't sure what I wanted. I got something that was custom and when I got it back home it really wasn't what I wanted. He was accommodating with helping me switch it out. My husband and I have different needs so we're still trying to find something. Spencer's are high value and spectacular customer service.
