Buy a 95 year old house with your partner, live in an RV with a 6 & 7 year old, and a Great Dane for 6 months while you completely gut and remodel the home. ZERO remodeling (to this extent) experience but things are going so well…& now it’s time to tackle the original hardwood floors that haven’t been cared for or ever refinished in their lifetime. “IS IT TOO LATE TO BACK OUT OF BUYING THIS HOUSE?!” & then you’re reading the Coffee News, eating breakfast, in the clawfoot tub on the front lawn one morning & come across Hoosier Hardwood Flooring. & it’s as if a fairy god mother sent me my wishes. All the stress was gone as soon as we stepped foot in the building. The staff were so informative through the entire process, never pushed us into purchasing anything, gave tips and tricks for “do it yourselfers” like us, and even saved our butts after hours when we realized we were short 1/4 of a gallon of sealant in the middle of the night. They go above and beyond. (I almost want to start the entire process all over again just to experience that kind of customer service again. ALMOST.) 😉
