We hired Tom Madsen LLC to replace the entire roof that was leaking in several places, and went with his recommendation to replace the skylight of our 2nd floor addition. Tom and his contractors did an excellent job. They converted a shed roof which we have never liked over a bedroom, into a Gable roof, totally improving the overall look of the house-we love it!. We also had some siding that needed to be replaced around a few doors and windows, as well as repairing an area where birds had been using as a nest every winter-the birds had to go house hunting and have never returned. They were fast, professional and accurate and did a great clean up job when they finished. It was a pleasure having them work on our house. We only wish we had known about Tom Madsen LLC when we did our add-a-level 20 years ago, instead of the builders we hired whom we were extremely dissastified with, and would not recommend to build a doghouse. It has been a little over a year since Tom did the work, and we are very happy and have no complaints. We highly recommend them if you want courteous professionals who get the job done right!
