I recommend TOM MADSEN LLC to everyone. I wanted to add a craft room onto the back of my house. It was a very challenging build because of the lay of the land. The back slopes down quite a bit. The Tom Madsen company did an excellent job, especially during this virus time. They did as much as they could to avoid coming through the house, even sending materials in through windows. The subcontractors he hired were excellent. Tom Madsen stays in very close touch with his customers through every step as the project progresses. He is respectful, reliable, and prompt. When I hire Tom Madsen, I am confident that everything will be taken care of properly. He doesn't engage in any shoddy business practices or avoid things like building permits. He has very close ties to the community. He is a good guy with a good business. No job is too small for this company. Some other building companies will only take on large projects, but TOM MADSEN LLC treats all his customers with equal respect and will take on very small jobs if asked. He's a very good businessman. I recommend him and his company without hesitation. I'm very happy with my new little room, the room I call my treehouse because of its elevation into the trees!
