Tamara arranged to have your service Tech, Darren, check out our compressor to find out it is worn out. We were not surprised at this news. Then, Darren called Billy Draffin who met with us within the hour at your office and fantastic showroom. Billy is a a polished professional who took time to inform us of our options for a A/C unit and the need to replace our very old ductwork. He helped us get financing so we could readily move on with a new installation. Billy came out to our home, checked everything out and set-up an install date. Within two days, two clean-cut, professional installation men came out, Keith and Randy. Wow, they were polite, they did fantastic, neat work. They knew what they were doing. They delivered on what your company promised. Billy came back for the QC inspection which went well. We used the system a few times and it works nicely. We are very happy. As an added bonus, Keith invited us out the to American Cancer Relay for Life car wash "fundraiser". I am a 3 yr. cancer survivor and know how important it is that companies and their team members get involved in the community. We attended it and met Dave, the service manager, Jessica and Tamara of the service and business offices. Everyone is nice, and polite and represent Gator Air in a positive way.
