I have a rug with lots of problems. Airloom Oriental corrected a couple and cleaned it very well, then told me what more I could do, though I don't know if I will do the rest. It's a beautiful old Oriental in need of lots of corrections and things. I waited for them to do the work, and when I said I couldn't pick the rug right away, they were willing to check back at the end of the month with the rug ready to go.
