This was a first time buying a fireplace experience for me. It took a while for the manufacturer to send the correct unit, but G & G could not have been more helpful and trustworthy as well as efficient. ALL the staff with which I dealt were professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Return calls occurred in a short time and installers showed up as scheduled. Thank you to each and every employee involved with my new fireplace; my expectations were not only met...the were exceeded.
