We used Action Garage Door when our door ripped off from the "spine". The technician that came out was able to fix our door without replacing the entire door! He was concerned with doing a good job, but not overselling the project. There was a discrepancy between the price quoted and the price paid, but the sales representatives were most proactive in resolving the issue and making me feel valued. Because of this added touch, I certainly will remain a customer for a long time to come.
