I was very disappointed. My appointment was from 10-11. It was 10:06 before I was called to the back. The therapist then read and discussed my medical history she almost refused me. I needed my back and shoulders massaged. She did it for a short period. Then spent time on my legs, arms and forehead. At 10:48 she said that the session was over. She explained that I paid for an hour of her time not an hour massage. She suggested that I book for 1 1/2 hours the next time if I want a full hour. She rushed me to make sure that I was out of the room before 11. I will have to find a better place to go.
