John Moua was at my house today, right on time, to install a garage door opener for me. Before he began, he gave the garage door a once over to make sure it was safe and functioning well. Not only did he do a superb job installing the opener, he was very thorough in explaining all the functions. He was very patient,kind, and helpful while I fumbled through the MyQ app set up.
