I really don't understand all the negative comments. Buying a car is stressful and I purchased a car a few weeks ago from TEXAS DIRECT AUTO and I had no problems. The staff at TEXAS DIRECT AUTO are not going to hold your hand rub your back and change your shouts, they are just going to sell you the car YOU want. If you want to save thousands and purchase a vehicle, Without the pressure or the sales staff calling you five times a day saying "when are we gonna make a deal what are we going to do hurry hurry hurry the car going to get sold" You're just going to get the best deal upfront right away. If you know this going into it, you will not have a problem remember they sell a lot of cars so are busy But will give you the attention you need. I think some people's issue with Texas direct auto is they don't sit there and hover over you and push you into what has the best profit, you pick your vehicle or vehicles You want to test drive , decide what you like the best about it and purchase the one that fits you. Remember Alx always you will need to bring your drivers license and current insurance card when you get there so you can be registered to drive a car/truck. From what I saw, at least 100+ a day or so is my guess. So if you see a few complaints remember most likely posted from people that have a grudge did not get the deal they want or don't know what they're doing, and or could not get finance. BUT that is not TDA, Problem.
One other thing I've noticed people complaining about vehicles not working properly or being miss represented, I have a hard time believing that from what I've seen when I purchased my vehicle there was some dents in some of the trim and some other issues I pointed out after I INSPECTED THE CAR, and it was fixed correctly the first time. I can only recommend to the people that don't thoroughly look at what they are buying or know what to look for take it to an independent mechanic and have it inspected I know the staff at Texas direct auto would have no problems with that
A little bit about me, I am a disabled vet, I'm 45 years old I have purchased new and used vehicles. I had to purchase my last car due to it got totaled in a car accident. I have always gone to a dealership or auction to purchase a vehicle. I thought about using Carmax but if I had I would not have had a salesman who cares about me as an individual Trys hard and I would've paid thousands more.
