Waiting for answers
I purchased an in ground liner pool from Secard 5 years ago. Up until this past year all has been good. Easy to maintain, soft on the toes overall a good experience. This year i notice that I'm starting to get a couple tears in my liner and called Secard about it since the warranty is under their warranty to never rip, tear, or fade. I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone " is it facing the sun?" It's a pool! of course its facing the sun. Well I was told that wasn't covered under the warranty only manufacture defects. So I got some vinyl repair and fixed the holes myself. Last month I notice that there are tears developing all along the the same distance from the top of the liner which just so happens to be where there is a pattern change in the liner. Obviously a manufacture defect. I got in touch with Brian Anderson from Secard explained the situation AND sent pictures. A month later I have yet to hear any response from anybody at secard. I just want what we were sold ... A liner covered by a warranty in case of any rips tears or fading. Will keep everyone informed on how this matter goes forward.
