I am very impressed with all facets of dealing with California Deluxe Windows. Andrew our sales person was on time for our appointment, very professional and well trained on the products they had to offer and what best fit our needs. Andrew was able to give us an immediate quote after talking through the options. We were given concise paperwork outlining the products, and the time line for measuring and installation. I made an appointment at that time for the pre-installation measurements for the next day. Carlos, was on time, very professional and personable and quickly did his job. I was given a timeline for installation contact which was a week later and 5 days after that installation took place. The work crew led by Saul was great, worked quickly and neatly. Saul made sure (twice) that I understood the windows and their operation and made several trips around the house to be sure everything was neat and tidied up after his team was done. Everyone from CDW was great to work with and would recommend them without hesitation.
