We had researched and made the decision to have our entire house converted to mini-splits. We set an appointment with Chris Feddern. Mr. Feddern was very knowledgeable and listened to want we wanted and provided us with information suited to that. Mr. Feddern did not try to talk us into a system that we had previously researched and eliminated from interest. We were impressed that he had acknowledged our desires instead of pushing a new HVAC system. The price was fair and we took several days to decide.
Installation was scheduled quickly and we were then introduced to the installation team headed by Robert Zeh. They worked diligently and professionally. The final product exceeds our expectations. We have a wonderfully cool home with each room able to adjust to personal preferences. We absolutely love our system and cannot say enough kind things about the CoolRay team.
