Pacific Auto Service takes care of both my business and personal cars. Their service is of great value to me and I completely trust them. I have never had any problem with the quality of the repair or the quality of the parts.

My company first started using them many years ago because, when we called and said we had a truck down, they showed up 5 minutes later with a driver to pick it up.

They currently service 15 of my company vehicles and they are my backup source for the balance of my 40 trucks. They also handle all of my employees' as well as the owners' personal cars, including the vehicles of the CFO and CEO of the company.

My business is 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I use Pacific Auto Service because I want to make sure that my vehicle does not break down on the tarmac at an airshow when we are doing a pick-up at 2 a.m. I cannot afford to rely on a cheap or non-certified mechanic.

Pacific Auto Service understands the importance of making sure that my vehicles are in perfect working condition when they leave their shop. The quality of the parts and service has to go above and beyond that of a regular car. It has to be a higher, more commercial quality because I use these vehicles more than a regular car.

I think I can sum up my trust in them by saying that they take care of my children's cars while they are in college, especially my daughter's car. I am very selective about who touches my wife's and my daughter's cars.

Just yesterday, I needed them to look at my car and do an oil change. The owner of Pacific Auto Care personally came out, left his car in my spot and took care of my car. He had it back to me before 5 p.m. when I had to go home.

If Pacific Auto Service is good enough for me to trust with my personal cars, then I would say they are good enough for anyone. I highly recommend them.
