I've been using Allied Services, Inc. since 2002 and I've been getting the same technician which I really appreciate. This time for the appointment I wasn't receiving any air therefore a technician came out to replace a part plus I was do for an annual check up. The results turned out fine and the service costed me less than what I expected it to be. The technician was very nice, polite and informative. He also doesn't mind if I'm present or asks him questions while he completes the tasks. I am very satisfied with Allied Services, Inc.
