Let’s start by saying that this past frigid snap was hard on everyone and our outside heat pump! After the worst of it, our heat pump still acted up! Allied sent Seth, who we really like!!! He has been helpful to us in the past maintenance checks! He found the problem quickly and gave us great advice on humidifiers and tips on the use of our thermostat! Allied sends out kind workers and has them in the office as well! We recommend highly!
