I received a defect unit and charge me 1000 dollars for half day job?
I am feeling crazy for them. I have a 3 year old unit. It keep giving me problem. Last year, they said txv is not working charged me 600 dollars. This year, they said my exchanger has defect and ask for 1000 dollars labour cost. Half day for thousand? Really? I am getting really mad on them.
