We had a/c trouble in the late afternoon and they responded the next morning. He explained the problem to us and, after explaining to us what the problem was, went to get the parts and fixed it promptly. He was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the work that was being done. Will definitely use them again.
