My wife & I couldn't be happier with our new Martin Water System! 5 years ago, we contacted Martin Water. Delmas came out and did a thorough analysis of our water. He showed us the results that same day during his visit with us. However, we decided to save some money and had a friend install a cheaper water softener system. It didn't provide everything the Martin system provided but it gave us soft water (using LOTS of salt) for about 3 years. Then we noticed our water softness was diminishing & then was basically gone! We discovered that our system required an expensive overhaul - basically needed replacing - after only 3 years! Plus, we had no warranty. We went without a water treatment system for almost 2 years. Eventually we had to do something... so we decided to give Delmas another call. He was so gracious. We decided on the Kinetico Standard Plus system. We just wish we would've gone with Martin Water the first time! Jake was our installer. He was very courteous & completely professional. He answered every question I had and installed our complete system in less than 4 hours. I love the fact that, with Martin's annual maintenance package, I don't have to do anything (except add small amounts of salt) and we have the peace of mind that our system will always stay in top working condition. It was a pleasure doing business with Martin Water. Excellent equipment. Excellent service. Excellent people. I only wish we would have done it sooner. Thank you!
